coolant leak from hose under distributor cap
It has been a long two weeks, today I just changed my radiator because I swear it was causing me problems, changed the hoses, car still over heats, so I changed out the Thermostat, the gasket looked really bad and I thought this would fix it all. I just tested it out for 2 miles and the car over heats, and I noticed steam coming out from under the distributor cap. I pulled on the hose that seems really long and then I realized that coolant was coming out of it and this is why the car was steaming and over heating.
What is this hose called? and what is the best way to change it? It looks like I need to remove the distributor cap probably.

THANK YOU GUYS!!
