Default D16y8 vitara #3cly not firing

Bought all my parts at once from the beginning

Built the block
ARP head studs

Acl race bearings

Eagle H beam rods

Vitara pistons

Off brand charge piping

Emusa 57/60

450cc dsm

(Wasn't thinking I was gonna need these 1000cc I.d.'s )

Blah blah blah

So I build the block and I break the
motor in naturally aspirated.
go get my ECU Map, come home and
install my turbo parts, drive it to
Rich have him dyno tuning it .........

runs fine for about 5000 miles then I cracked the sleeve we pull it apart
the internals are fine I buy another block Swap all the internals over
runs **** take it to
Northwest street challenge
For the weekend and on the last day
I'm sitting in staging and it dies
Started it back up make my pass.
on the way back I stopped and it dies again.

then it won't start at all.

so I start doing some Diagnostics and notice that the fuel pump not kicking on so I jump the fuel pump pin on the main relay and it still won't start
so then I decided to unplug the map
sensor and jump the fuel pump and it starts

but obviously it's running really rich drive home like that it's completely gutless Builds boost still no *****

Got it home and it would only start if I had the throttle at my the
right place and would run shitty
Now it won't start at all

I've replaced the ICM I've replaced
the map sensor multiple times
although I did buy the cheap one
I replace the crank positioning sensor
I've tried swapping out my injectors
and see if that was the issue
I've tried using the stock ECU
I tried using the distributor out of
my girlfriends Civic although
it wasn't VTEC
compression all the way across is in
between 125 and 135 ...
I'm sure I'm forgetting some
other things iv tried ...

I'm not even sure where to go from here
