so i have a garret t28 turbo used should i just get a rebuild kit and get it machined in all the right places? little to no play on both sides easy free spinning. what do you think?

 

rebuilding a turbo does not require any machining. if parts are damaged, they get replaced. if parts are worn out, they get replaced. and after all wearable parts are replaced, it needs to be balanced, and then properly assembled. done.
