Align the toe only. I run -4.7 camber up front. My tires last plenty long.

to answer the question asked
with stock control arms
the front camber can not be adjusted

and the rear camber can be adjusted useing the old washer trick on the upper control arm
to fix any neg camber you have

so your answer is yes and no

up front you want toe to be at 0

There is no camber adjustment on the front from the factory so without a camber kit of some kind and without some sorta hack job means of creating your own camber adjustment then there isn't any means of doing it... at the most u can even the camber side to side by loosening the bolts in the k-member and shifting the frame side too side to get your camber numbers the same on each front wheel but that's all u can do
And as far as the rear goes the only option you got there without a camber kit is to install a longer bolts in the upper arm where it bolts to the body and drop shims or spacers behind the upper arm pushing it off the body giving you your desired camber, again even its a bit of a bandade fix but safer than other means I've seen and heard of people using

Don't worry about the camber, just get the toe-in aligned. Some will say slight toe-out up front, which is good for handling and straight line tracking, but that could also accelerate tire wear. If you want better tire wear, get the toe as close to 0 as humanly possible.

If camber readings are very different side-to-side than that means the car probably has frame issues. A camber kit would only be a band-aid solution and in reality would likely cause more problems than it solves, especially if the person doing the adjusting isn't all that competent. It's fairly labor intensive to get it right. Adjusting toe on an alignment rack, on the other hand, is a pretty simple matter.
