Vacuum Brake Bleeding.
it will get you close, but because youre pulling air, you end up pulling air from outside the threads and back into the caliper and out the hose, or get air from around the nipple so youll never know if you got all the air out of the caliper.
2 person method is much easier.

yeah thats what sucks...i dont have a second person all the time. thats why i need a method that aloows me to just depend on myself.
what other way is there, besides speedbleeders and the vacuum.... thanks!!

I recently threw away my speedbleeders. I was somewhat happy with them to start with, but I'll never buy any more. Bleeding with the speedbleeders was better than nothing, but nowhere near the feel of a two-person bleed.
I didn't like the manual hand-pump vacuums. I have a vacuum that hooks to my air compressor, made by KD. I like it a lot for one-person bleeds, but you've obviously got to be near a compressor for it to be any good.
Another method is a pressure bleeder like the Motive. http://www.motiveproducts.com/ . The problem with this is it's really made for master cylinders with screw-on tops. For honda/acura it uses a chain to clamp an adapter plate to the top of the MC. This is problematic and if you do a search for motive you'll find a fix that a couple people have come up with. In short, they used a hardware store fitting to allow the use of two chains (4 attachment points) instead of 1 (2 points). This supposedly prevents the sealing problem common to the motive adapter.
These are all just alternatives though... none of which will work as well as the tried and true method.

jeffs - thanks for the great reply, so you think the motive works the best out of the few products that are out there?? i guess i can just do the "tried and true" method myself, but it would just take a really long time to do a simple brake job...
