I recently had my car stolen(97 Honda Accord Se) along with the radio. So now when I turn on my headlights the dash or the tail lights turn on but my headlights, turning signals, hazards, and break lights still work. Really can live without the dash lights but the tail lights is a must. I have tried to change out fuses and still nothing. Yet to have taken it to a shop but would like to see if this is something I can fix first. Please and thank you.

 

Re-check the #32 under hood fuse. Next test the combination switch.

 

Hey, have you found out the problem? I am not very tech savvy, but mostly it is the cables,so please recheck all the related cables.By the way, have you tried to get a new aftermarket radio system like seicane to replace the stock radio?

From your owners manual #15 (small light) in the underhood fuse box, is it good?

So when I turn on the lights I can hear it burn out.This is the small light fuse

 

The small light fuse was shorted so I replaced it and when I turned the lights on I could hear it short. What does that mean
