Need Assistance: Newly reassembled B18C1 Will Not Start
Had the rings replaced in my B18c1 and now that I have it back together it wont start. Ran before pulling the head fine. Timing has been checked and rechecked, valve adjustment done and rechecked. I have spark, cylinders 1-2-3 are wet when pulling the plugs and cylinder 4 is dry. Any ideas? Im using a chipped p28 with neptune. Nothing else has been changed or modified. Just pulled the head rehoned the block and reinstalled pistons with new rings. Using Injector Nation 900's.

How good is the spark and do you have spark at al 4 cylinders, only use an HEI spark tester to check spark, should be bright blue.
I would also check cylinder 4 injector or wiring to it, [because plug was dry]. 94

Did you check compression or leak down test? Also any codes for sensors disconnected. Fuel pressure? Maybe not enough pressure?
Grounds?
Please come back when you figure it out, nothing worse than these threads when we never hear the solution.

compression was over 150 on all 4 before i tried starting. Thats on a cold motor with fresh rings and 8.5-1 pistons. I think it has to be the timing.
Check grounds aka sand off every ground
check if you install dizzy correct or if 180*'d
check for firing order
do you hear fuel pump prime
check for tdc on head and block
