Code 17 is the speed sensor, correct? so just swap in a new one? or possibly the right one? PO couldve tried to reuse the single cam one and thats causing the CEL?

Code 22 is throwing me through a loop because its not a vtec engine and i dont think the P75's have the ability to control vtec, do they?

i dont unfortunately :/ im thinking this isnt a "virgin" ecu..ill have to buy another and confirm
