1992 civic sedan, jdm b20b, s4c b16 tranny CV axle help
hello HT, i have a buddy that has a 92 civic ex sedan with a jdm b20b swap and a b16 tranny. his axles are bad and im trying to figure out what axles he will need to buy. i read that you should use the axles that are meant for the transmission that you have but theres no clarification as to whether or not that applies to the said motor.
Any b series axles would work. Just to be safe get 94-01 integra axles or 94-97 delsol vtec axels, or 99-00 civic si axles.
Chances are you'll want '94 - '01 Integra/'99 - '00 Civic Si or '94 - '97 Del Sol Vtec as stated. That said the real determining factor is what intermediate shaft was used. Occasionally you'll see someone using '90 - '93 Integra axles because that's what they used for an intermediate shaft (passenger's side B-series axles are all the same for those with a 32mm axle nut) Even less common would be JDM Civic B-series EF axles.
