Default Shudders when air con turned on

2005 Honda Accord 30th Anniversary Edition - Odometer 107,000 km's.
My mechanic has replaced two oxygen sensors (because the computer thingy told him to), engine light still on but computer thingy can't find the problem. Car running fine except when the air con is on there is a shuddering when stationary at lights. Also as I am driving with no air con because of the shuddering, I have noticed a rattle type sound under the car when driving but not all the time. Any ideas? I don't want to pay a fortune to my mechanic whilst he replaces everything till he finds the problem. Being a single female there is always the thought I am being taken advantage of because I don't know anything about cars. FYI-new tyres, wheel alignment and alternator replaced all in the last 3 months and the vehicle is serviced every 10,000km's.

First thing we need to know is what code(s) are you getting? The light is on so get the code and we can go from there.....without it, your guess is as good as mine
