I replaced the blower motor to find that the air isn't hot now that it's blowing. I have checked the heater valve by the firewall and it appears to be moving when I mess w temp control. The blender door is opening and closing fully as well. Any ideas what to try next?

 

Have you tried a Back flush? maybe your heater core is clogging up!!
