Hi everyone I'm having an idle issue that I can't figure out has new plugs wires cap rotor all oem just replaced. Iac is good. Only has 75k original miles on it. When I'm stopped with foot on gas at a light the idle drops to 200 300 the weird thing is if I turn my fan speed on climate control up to high setting the idle goes back up with no problems if I turn it off goes back to low idle also in the morning with my headlights in it doesn't do it at all which is weird I would figure the More The load the worse the idle any help would be great thanks

 

Hi I'm having a loss of power in acceleration 00 civic ex I reset ecu let sit to relearn idle for 10 min ran perfect for like 70 miles now back to same issue reset again runs good again ?? Makes no sense any help would be great thanks

 

Was my assumption correct that both issues affect the same car?

 

Yes Ron sorry for the delayed response both problems same car any suggestions?

 

When seemingly unrelated electrical things interact, start by checking the grounds.

Make sure the air passages in the intake for the IACV are clean as well as the valve itself.
