Weird problem that surfaced a couple months ago. The hatch actuator works fine and I'm able to open the latch via the switch when the car is on and the doors are unlocked. When the car is off, the hatch cannot be opened. The only time the latch opens the hatch when the car is off is when I remember to unlock all the doors before turning the car off. If I don't remember that step, the latch does not allow me to open the hatch.

Is it an odd relay problem?
