B16a swap into em1 cranks but won't start
I am swapping a b16a into an em1 using stock harness obd 1 dizzy jumper harness and ob1 ecu jumper harness using a p30.
It cranks but will not start, I hear the fuel pump priming, exhaust has white smoke coming out, shoots a flame while cranking occasionally. Have 3 grounds hookedup, valve cover to chassis, thermostat for ecu and trans to chassis. Is they're something I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated

So what is missing, compression, spark, fuel or timing, you need to check to see what you do not have.
Just because you hear the fuel pump priming does not mean you have fuel to the cylinders.
Try starting engine, immediately remove and inspect spark plugs, are they wet with gas, use an HEI spark tester to check the spark, and do a compression test.
I would also confirm both electrical and mechanical timing, white smoke indicates a HG problem and flames, back fire indicates a timing issue. 94

You need to use an HEI spark tester to check the spark, should be bright blue, [not orange].
A grounded spark plug is not the correct way to test the spark, you need a spark tester an HEI spark tester is $10 or less at any auto parts store.
A spark plug sparks differently when not under pressure as it does under pressure in the cylinder, so it is not an accurate test of the spark your also taking a big risk of shorting out the coil and damaging it.
Another FYI, constantly trying to start an engine that is getting fuel can "wash" the cylinder walls resulting in low compression, I would pull all the plugs and let cylinders air out and then, if spark is confirmed good, squirt in a teaspoon of oil into each cylinder and crank engine a few times, no spark or fuel, install spark plugs and try starting engine. 94
