Hi I'm new here, i need help with Timing
I have a 2003 Honda Accord 2.4 liter i-vtec I change the timing chain on it and went to start the car and it sounds like it's still out of timing. Took everything apart again redid the timing just to make sure rotated three rotations everything lined all back up but still won't start any suggestions. All points line up on the top and bottom but when I go to start it it won't turn over just makes a high pitched noise when I crank it. Put new tensioner, guides, both top and bottom chains, new pulley for cam and crank.

You said "it sounds like i'ts still out of timing". Do you mean that it won't start whatsoever, but it sounds like it's out of timing when you crank it? To me it sounds like you're timing is good but you have a problem with your pulley's, tensioner,etc.. ?
Sorry meant to let you know all the pulleys ( cam, crank sproket, tensioner, and guides) where all replaced.
I put brand new tensioner, cam and crank sprockets, and new guides. Everything is tightened down to torque specs.
