hey guys I'm obviously not new here I've been on ht for many many years but I stopped posting after I sold my beloved turbo integra. But the business has been ever growing and I build a new line of BILLET collector manifolds for many cars, here's my latest 4G63 bottom mountt3 Vband

 

Well done! I'm a big fan of billet collectors. Couple questions:

1. Is there a reason why the wastegate flange was welded instead of CNC'd?
2. Are you able to do MHI stock frame billet collectors?
3. What size pipe are you using?

The wastegate flange isn't cnc'd on because of a huge cost increase AND if a customer wants run a larger wastegate or a different style outlet routing of the gate I can accommodate.

 

No stock replacement headers, I offer BILLET collector manifolds in Tial/precision T3 divided T4

Sorry I dont sell just the collector, wouldnt make much sense to give my competition a key piece on what sets all of my headers apart. If theres a style of manifold youre looking for I can build it.
