Well..

Your timing table looks kinda weird, specially at WOT. You need to add timing when revving up to approach MBT, if the tuner found MBT at 28*@8000RPM, you need to pull out some degrees at 7000,6000,5000, and specially at peak torque. Do you have the dyno sheet?

Do you have wideband?

Wow those fuel and timing maps look like crap. Probably why it runs like crap.

Maps look terrible, but any conversation is meaningless without data.

I wouldn't be satisfied with the low cam fuel map for sure. Your lower load cells should never need more fuel than the higher ones. It looks like they are crossing over all over the place.

Dyno sheet looks good, perhaps it has too much smoothing.
What about the AFR on WOT?

What's smoothing? And I can't remember the AFR WOT.

It's almost like the entire map is too rich.

I know it idles at 10:5 or some wild ****. I've leaned it out to 14.7-15.1
