wont idle under 2k
ok, been on here alot trying to get my car running and have had great help thus far (,obd1 b16 ) but now my issue is kinda stumping me
my car wont idle under 2k, the only way i am able to get it to idle at 2k is by adjusting the throttle stop screw the lowest i can get it to idle at is around 1800 rpm any lower it will die, if the throttle plate is set to "normal"the car will attempt to start then just die, if i try to manipulate the throttle while it is set to "normal" it will bog out and die , when the car is idling at 2k the throttle works fine , as if nothing is wrong other then the idle wont go down ive attempted with the idle screw also, nothing changes it has little to no effect - I do not have a Fitv on the car its been blocked off , but ive never had this issue with any of my other cars that have had this blocked off , i cleaned out the iacv today also , no effect , i can find no vacume leacks the pcv valve is brand new i really have no idea wtf is going on
