Default ABS codes 15 and 16

I have 2002 Accord LX that shows ABS codes 15, 16 (and 61 FWIW), at the same time. Replaced right rear wheel sensor, reset the codes (using the pin jumper/brake procedure), and they came back shortly on the next drive.
What's the best way to troubleshoot this? Is this wiring? If so - how do I test it?

I would look towards the wheel bearing for any play. The bearing could be bad and that could cause it to throw a code.

Interesting, didn't know bearing can affect ABS sensor. I actually took bearing off while replacing the sensor - looked good fwiw.

Ok, got a bit further. I checked resistance from the connector side towards modulator. On the front sensorts it's about 7Kohm. On the rear sensor it measured 15Kohm, then 150Kohm, then when I moved the wire around a bit - infinity (i.e. no connection). So looks like there is a broken wire, most likely somewhere in the portion going from the grommet in the bottom to the connector.

Now - how do I fix that? That wire seems to be a direct part of wire harness, isn't it? Is there a way to access that location from inside the car? How do I get to it - seems to be somewhere under the rear seat? And where can I get replacement wire + female connector? Would really appreciate some advice.

Best thing to do is to use a tone generator tool to put tone on the wire, then use the tone finder to find where it's open. The tool is about $30 or so. Then just put a butt connector on the open to connect it through.
