I am looking to get some brighter bulbs to put in my 88 CRX cluster. Does anyone know what size the bulbs are and what ones I should buy? I also might want to change the colour from the dull yellow to a blue. If anyone has pics that would be great.

if you take out your cluster there is a plate in between your bulbs and the cluster area below. Take the plate off and it should make a little bit of a difference. Im not sure if i had to pull the cluster front plastic case off, it was a long time ago when i did this. Good luck

 

i want to make them brighter too..

 

eaach bulb has a little blue condom on em, simply remove the condom and itll be brighter.

 

A friend of mine bought a pair of WiNdShIelD LED Lizightz and took them apart, then used the led lights as the cluster lights. Kinda ricey with the blue, but it sure lights up the dash at night.
