Default 2000 Civic Si - Which A/C Idler Pully Do I Use?!

I uploaded a diagram that displays the part I need. In the top right corner of the diagram it displays two different set ups with different styles of brackets, pully, and hardware. One set up sectioned off under "A" and another sectioned off and labeled as "B". I am so confused as to why theres two different set ups. Which one do i choose????? My EM1 does not have any part of those sections. So I need to choose a full configuration of either Figure A of Figure B.

Well it looks like if you have a hex socket bolt in recessed in the pulley (part 21) it's the "A" setup and if it's a hex head bolt (part 31) that sticks out more it's "B". If the only problem is that the idler pulley bearing is bad you should be able to press it out and replace with a standard ball bearing, likely a #6203.

Oh sorry, I lacked a couple key details. I edited the previous details to be more accurate.

I think you can use either type as long as you have a matched set of all the parts. There may be a difference of 5 ribbed vs 4 ribbed belt. Do the pulleys on your engine and compressor have the same belt width?

I never really noticed if there was a size difference in pulleys If its all the same belt they should all be the same size pulley anyways shouldn't they? I'll check that just to be sure. Luckily I found someone with set up "A" thats an hour drive for me... 20 bucks for the set up vs paying around 100 brand new.. hope it works >_<

Set up "A" fits great! Now I discovered a new issue with the A/C system -_-... Back to the drawing board...
