Hi there I have a 97 ex coupe that I swapped a manual rack and pinion into about 1k miles ago, I did all new inner and outer tie rods as well. the steering makes like a creaking noise when I'm turning the wheel while stopped it didn't do this when I first installed it.. But I realized there's no grease serks on it I was wondering if it's not lubricated or what's going on?

 

Have you verified the creak actually comes from the rack itself and not something else, like say a ball joint?
