Car cranks but no start
Blew head gasket, rebuilt head, new head gasket kit, timing is TDC, all bells and whistles connected, fuel pressure is good, distributor has spark. Car cranks but no start....... z6 head on a y7 block, vtec ported.

Have you done a compassion test, checked for spark with an HEI spark tester, checked to see if fuel is reaching the cylinders, are the spark plugs "wet" with gas after trying to start the engine?
You need a good spark, [using an HEI spark tester] a spark plug or screw driver to ground is not the correct way to test for proper spark, [operative word is "proper" spark]
Fuel pressure does not mean fuel is reaching the cylinders, there may be a restriction or the injectors are not pulsing, [try starting the engine then immediately remove the spark plugs checking to see if they are "wet" with fuel.
Once the plugs are all out check compression, open TB all the way and use a by-pass jump to crank engine, that way the coil will not fire and the injectors will not pulse.
How to do a bypass jump is explained in the sticky at top of page, simple DIY starter circuit test/bypass jump. 94
