Hello! I've got a 1995 Honda Accord Ex, 2.2L 4-cyl engine. I've been trying to get my car fixed up to pass inspection. When checking the lights last night, I noticed the headlights and tail lights appeared dimmer than they should. However, the car starts right up and the high beams seem to be at full brightness. I see various diagrams posted here, but still not sure which connections pertain to these lights, or if it's another issue altogether. I appreciate your help!
