On the topic of bearing replacement, When I pulled up the TD-44U distributor on NAPA's website, they listed a distributor shaft bearing from Altrom: https://www.napaonline.com/napa/en/p...001_0246984850

NAPA shows a Nachi bearing, Altrom Line, p/n ATM 1416001 as good for Civics and Integras from '92-'01

Right around the time we were last posting in here, @spAdam dropped some knowledge that you can get the bearing from Bearing Depot & Supply.

Sure enough, I called them and they had an entire kit that included the bearing and both oil seals needed for the distributor. I ordered one and it ran me $41.90:
