Default Help Needed. H23A rattling sound.

Hello, dear friends!
Have very uncommon problem.
Progressive unhelathy metall rattling sound from middle part of the block.
At first showed up as click sound only on cold engine once per 3 second (20 000km ago). Now it is permanent metall sound when worming up in progress. When engine bay wormed up sound almost not noticeble.

Facts:
-Sound loud when bay is cold (even if coolant warm)
-Several times when left wheel hit into the pit or bad road cover sound ended
-Not sounds like LMA or piston slap
-20k km

What have done:
- Power Steering Pump (belt off)
- Generator (bearings replacement)
- Tensioner pulley (Repalcement)
- Balance shaft pulley (Repalcement)

Maybe someone faced with problem like this?
Don`t know where to dig.
Thank you for your attension!

Check your crank pulley/crank pulley bolt.

Sounds like a bad belt. They are either extremely old or they are extremely loose, or a little of both. To confirm, spray each belt with some PB Blaster or anything lubricating. When noise goes way you found the bad belt.

Damn, man... It was really just a bad alternator belt. Who would have thought!
Thank you for your advice. It was very useful!
