Default Annoying *** griding/scraping noise from timing belt area

98 Integra LS has this scratching/grinding sound coming from around the area where the timing belt is on the right side of the engine block. Belts are all in good condition so maybe its just something else in that area, idk wtf it is but its loud af and annoying.

Probably the tensioner bearing. 1998 ACURA INTEGRA 1.8L L4 Timing Belt Tensioner | RockAuto

When these go bad, normally because of overtorqued tensioner bolt, it sounds like rocks being shaken in a can when you rev the engine and let it go.
