2008 pilot ELD has funny substance on it
Hi,
So I'm trying to do a DIY fix my ac problem today. It keeps blowing hot air and after watching and reading a few informative videos and articles i decided to try and replace my clutch relay. So i went to napa and got the part however it was made in china and not the mitsuba piece that everyone recommends. My question is, is can chinese relays cause the ELD to start melting.
I opened up the fuse box when i got home and noticed the wires that are attached to the ELD have some kind of gold funny substance on it. it wipes off, but i know it should not be there. So i replaced the clutch relay with the old one because i don't trust the nappa one i bought. Please help i have to drive 15 hours in 2 weeks. p.s. the relay has not fixed my ac problem. Can someone please help. thank you!
