So I have a 94 dx hatch also not getting spark or fuel, tested both 1-7 and 5-7 both turn the fuel pump on, new main relay and new ECU since whatever it is fried my last one. If I wait a day or 2 I get power back but after driving it then park it it loses power to the fuel pump and distributor again....I'm lost??

 

Sounds like a bad ECU.

Before you buy another one, check for swapped sensor connectors, which can destroy a good ECU.
