Rich STFT after replacing both O2 sensors
CORRECTION: STFT is running LEAN (+ fuel correction), not rich.
Title says it all. I have a 2007 Honda Element EX with 120k miles on it. I replaced both O2 sensors yesterday along with the PCV valve and MAP sensor. I did all for a) regular maintenance on the vehicle (O2 sensors were 20k overdue) and b) because I have been getting a repeating P0507 CEL (Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected) that the dealership can't seem to pinpoint. Recent other part replacements include a new throttle body, MAF sensor, and APP sensor.
After replacing the O2 sensors the vehicle is now running lean at around +15-20%. I have no idea what the problem is. Did I install them wrong, did I introduce a problem by also changing the PCV valve and MAP sensor?

If you still have the old o2 sensors plug each one back in and see if one of your new ones was faulty. If you bought a cheap aftermarket o2 sensor its possible, heres a list of other things to check including loose air hose clamps. https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/check-engine-light-code-says-o2-sensor-is-reading-lean.133478/
