Default 00 civic DX non VTec coolant problems

00 civic DX non-Vtec D16Y7 automatic trans overheating issues.
i replace the head gasket, timing belt, water pump, thermostat coolant temp sensor and sender, radiator with cap.. and it seems not to get to the red but almost and if i let it sit and run for a few minutes when its at the top of the range and drive off it will drop to half way and then start climbing back up. then when i pulled back into my house and shut it off it almost sounds like its burping or bubbles are moving around in the top radiator house but i used the funnel that hooks to the radiator to purge the system. i need help anyone.

I assume you did not check the head and block for warpage prior to installing the new head gasket.

In addition, you have likely destroyed the engine by driving the car too long on an overheated engine. Shop for a replacement engine.

no I didn't straight edge the block or the head. Do you know if there is any other option or possible fix just to get by until i can get another motor.

The likely possibilities are bad head gasket install, warped block/head, destroyed engine, or all three.

Rent a block tester kit from AutoZone to check for exhaust gases in the cooling system.
