1992 Honda civic lx automatic. Car turns on every couple of days but when it doesn't the cel stays on and the fuel pump does not prime. Some days if I leave the key forward for a couple mins the cel goes away and the car starts up. When the cel stays on on a good day i will wait about 5 mins to hear the fuel pump primes and cel goes away and starts right up. Tried to check for cel codes but the light doesn't flash. 92 with 89,000 miles no mods all factory.

 

First suspect is the main relay.
