1999 Civic Wont Turn (solved)
My 99 civic MT will not start. I can push start and it will run fine. Battery is good and starter is less than a year old. I read somewhere it could be the clutch pedal stop pad. I did find a small cone shaped piece on my floorboard. Could this be the problem? If so, what exactly is the purpose of this piece and where exactly does it go?
The problem was determined to be the plastic stop pad for the clutch interlock switch. I was able to JB weld a rubber stopper in place in lieu of a new grommet because I have no idea how I would access it well enough to properly install it.
