EGR/Intake Plenum Torque?

Hi...
Working on a P0401 code. Checking EGR and then the intake plenum for carbon deposits.
Anyone know the torque for the EGR valve and Intake Plenum? Or are they a tighten till snug.
2002 Accord DX 2.3L 4cyl

Manual shows 16lbf-ft for the intake plenum and EGR solenoid. I usually just tighten them until they are snug!

Thx for your reply....removed plenum, cleaned out carbon deposits and tightened in back down to 16 ft/lbs.
