Default CNC staging brake vs the rest...

We use the CNC 402-A in pretty much everything whether it's with the stock rear trailing arms or with ours. But it would be nice to have a hydraulic brake that latched. A lot of guys are still driving their cars on the street and some people have asked about locking it in place in the trailer. There's a ton of hydraulic handbrakes out there, I'm curious to see your handbrake setups for your race cars and if your car does any street duty.
Pictured below is a cheesy locking handbrake that I found, but haven't ever used.

just an idea... you could use one of those ebay ones with the latch and put a wilwood master on it, although that thing is ugly as hell lol

Would be awesome to have one to keep our brake street worthy and so we can use it at the track....I want one but I don't want to delete my rear brakes at the pedal for street driving

My rear brakes are still connected to the pedal.. I use all 4 brakes to stop the car.. My staging brake is only connected to the rear brakes.. It wasn't easy and it did take some trial and error but I got it all to work..

I would not want to drive a Honda on the street without power brakes.

I worry to much about locking up the rear while stopping so they are not on the pedal. I'm sure you can spend time with proportion to aid that.

OEM handle with most of the teeth machined off but left several at the end so you can still use it to lock. Then I'm using a custom pull master cylinder under the center console and lines to the rear. Works good and keeps the OEM setup.

Interested to see setups and how they work as well. My car still sees street duty so the rear brakes are a must.

Here's what I have in my car took the bwr frame and adapted a tilton master to it. The only downside is the lock pin is pretty weak and flexes when you latch it with enough pressure to hold the car still.
