Well it's missing some wire loom so I'd say it's been modified technically

The question, where does it patch into and what function does it provide?

Ill pull the tape off and look. There's like four five spots where it's taped up and it sucks. Sorta wanna pull the harness out of my parts car instead of using this one.. but i know it works fine lol, maybe its some sort of CEL delete wiring idfk

Everything looks normal. That blue tape is original. Honda used it any place there was a factory splice. Peel it off and you'll see a brass crimp connector underneath.

As long as im posting, can someone post the diagram for where I need to put the vtec pins on the obd1 ecu connectors?

Im not putting in turbo crap right now and I only need power and vacuum for my gauges so the vtec is basically all im doing as far as wiring today in this bit of harness.

This was all borrowed from here:

So by the looks, pin 4 on connector A and pin 6 on connector D

All factory wiring. The bare wire is for shielding.

Can I make a good aftermarket Knock sense wire thru the harness and display a line graph in megasquirt? I figure thats better than audio human ear knock detection alone

I was inspired by this picture
