Thanks for the info. I'm still doing research on what is best for me and what I want to do to the car. I'm thinking of GC with spring rates of 300f/350r on a daily driver Integra RS that autocrosses twice a month. Good? Bad?
Thanks
Aaron

I hope it goes without saying the quality of Ebay "coilover" kits are worthless.

Tyson, would you mind if I copy this onto my website, of course leaving credit for your having written it, and a link to the original?

The website is not up yet, but I have the site-map planned out and am adding articles and information of this sort. Nice write-up BTW, otherwise I wouldn't want to put it up on my site.
