For some reason the mount on transmission won't come out its stuck on the last stud by a thread and was wondering if the starter would have to come out inorder to replace it

 

You have to take out the through bolt then let the tranny down and the mount will come out.

 

i dropped my front mount and lowered my driver mount, lowering the motor and trans for extra room and used prybars to get it out,oh and i pulled the battery and tray/bracket, intake air box for easier access

 

So would I need 2 jacks for the motor or would the one I have be fine if I remove the front mount and lower the drivers side

 

1 jack needed dont undo driver mount just start loosen the bolts (up and down bolts not side bolt) itll start lowering undo front mount before loosening driver mount, you only need the jack once the trans mount is on the trans to get the side bolt holes lined up, and to use on driver side to make retightening driver mount easier/faster
