99 Civic LX - D4 light on and P0758 Code

99 Civic LX - D4 light on and P0758 Code
My 99 Civic LX has the D4 light flashing and the CE light on, Code P0758. Furthermore, the care is stuck in Limp Mode, or 3rd Gear with Reverse. In addition there was a parasitic draw on the battery for some reason.
The car just died at a stop light, started back up and limped home. I changed the Linear and the shift solenoid B, which is the p0758 code and the problem still exists. Still stuck in 3rd gear with reverse.
I also bypassed the computer and tested the trans and it shifted fine. This is an electrical problem but cannot figure it out..any ideas?
1999 Honda Civic LX 1.6L Auto Trans all standard. 200k+ miles.
