Default How much HP increase from GSR cams?

Any one know how much HP you would get from gsr cams in a turbo b16? I thought they were identical but I have heard from several people they have felt significant inceases? I get several "butt dyno" replies but no actual numbers. Also, what it the difference? Higher lift? Any help would be great.

The exhaust cam has the exact same specs as the B16 cams (auto motors excluded). the intake cam has .423" of lift, .011" more than the B16 Intake. I don't see any measurable gains being experienced by installing these cams in your motor.

i have a gsr motor, and i was wondering the same thing as you so just for fun i swapped in civic type r cams because of how aggresive they were. i actually lost power in the mid range with them i think it was due to the severe overlap of the cams.
