My Swap Checklist:
I have a 1992 Civic DX and swapping in a B16 SIR-2 motor. Heres what I have:
-B16 SIR-2 complete longblock
-B16 Hydro tranny
-94+ Integra Axles with intermediate shaft
-94+ LS linkage (stock shifter)
-P30 OBD-1 ECU
-98 Integra Mounts (all)
Anything else?

Add a set of Del Sol radiator hoses and a Del Sol dual core radiator (you WILL need it) and get all the little service parts you should replace, Axle clips, axle nuts, cotter pins, etc.
