WHAT AXLE B16 Del Sol Swap? TROUBLE
I know there are forums I've read so much and am still having trouble.
I'm going through axles faster than gas.
I drive a B16 Swapped Del Sol, No power steering (I don't know if this plays a factor) But just changed my axles, one axles boot exploded in 2 weeks and the other did in like 3 or 4 weeks.
My main problem is that regardless if the axle is new, My car ALWAYS Clicks hard af in turns. The most annoying embarrassing problem I've had. Just super sick of it.
Currently: Front Left (Driver): 97 Del Sol VTEC Axle
Front Right (Passenger): 90 Integra LS Axle
I'm just so lost at this point. And over this problem. I just wanna turn like a normal person.
Thanks guys.

Some OEM Honda del sol VTEC axles should be an exact fit. How low is your car? What mounts did you use for the swap?

Re: WHAT AXLE B16 Del Sol Swap? TROUBLE
From what I can tell they look like oem mounts, or at least nothing out of the ordinary.
Next steps if it were mine, would be to check the axle length, and for any interference when inserting the axle into the hub such as ABS ring or dust seal that needs to be removed for the axle to fully insert.
To check the axle length, remove axle nut and fully compress the axle by tapping on the end. The end of the axle should be flush with the hub opening. If it’s recessed into the hole, it may be too short. If it protrudes, it may be too long. You can measure this and determine what the overall length needs to be and might need a different set of axles
The other things I mentioned are pretty self explanatory.
Also if you can, get a pic of the angle your axles sit at compared to level ground.

Your mounts are fine. What side is busting the most? And when you put the axle in, is it locking into the transmission? Is the snap ring around the axle where it goes in present? I’d get a del sol vtec axle on the passenger. And get the one at autozone with a warranty so atleast you won’t have to keep paying for them.
