Wondering if anyone has gone this route and tell me how much more lag the gt35r produced?

Which engine? Manifold? Exhaust size? Cams? Etc...

There will be more lag obviously, but the trade off between lag and power is one you'll have to figure out based on your goals for the setup (which aren't listed).

Its practically impossible to quantify this in a way that would help you

Its a high comp b20vtec and i know spool will be similar and not a huge difference as far as looking at dyno plots, its more of a question of how they feel real world experience / responsiveness.
