hey guys just put in my passenger side axle then went to do the drivers side and it fits into the hub but the problem is that it is too long...its about almost an inch too long...i didnt wanna bang it in with a hanger...the axles came from hmotorsonline.com and my car is a b16a1 crx...anyone know why these wont fit and how to make them fit?

 

i had to go with a 89 integra to get it to fit

 

Many people said those axles that hmotors gave was junk
your best bet is to go out and get 90-93 integra axles!

 

wrong axle, call em up and tell them to send out the right one.

 

I hear it depends on what intermediate shaft your using decides what axles to use. Sorry Im no expert on B series swaps, still learning.

 

yeah, check with HMO. Look at what tranny you have, it is most likely they sent you the axles that are stock with the tranny. The important thing is to use the right kind of axles with the intermediate shaft. Remember to remove the dust covers when you get it on.

y1: SiR axles and intermediate shaft
S1,j1: 90-93 integra axles and intermediate shaft.

 

could be the right axle just outer joint has come undone

 

am i able to just get a new drivers side axle from a 90-93 teg??? i gotta get this damn swap done already i dont need to deal with HMO anymore they are good its just on the other side of the country

i have a y1 and i used 90-93 integra int shaft/axles and it works great

 

a simple search would do wonders
