crome inconsitent AFR and cant change fuel corrections

I'm using crome 1.6.5 dealer version crome gold rom that I been driving on and slowly adjusting for a stock type-r with boltons.
its fairly close to where I need it to be but I'm having few unexplained issues
1) AFRs are inconsistent from start to start throughout the whole table.
I used mtx-l before and was thinking maybe it was the wideband that was like that
but with the brand new PLX dm-6 kit its doing same thing
I had changed 3 motors 3 widebands crome or Neptune 2 different ecus and it seems to be like that( same car)
I would adjust it to around 14.7 afr part throttle test it few times
car sits for 30 min start it and drive , AFR is up about 0.5 throughout the whole table so instad of 14.7 I'm seeing 15.2afr
next time I start its back to 14.7 and it keeps going back and forth
2) with crome gold bin v .94 with crome 1.6.5( 1.6.15 doesn't datalog on this laptop with windows 10 for some reason)
I cant modify open loop ECT table at all.
I can modify every other table except ECT. not sure what the deal is
even when I open fresh crome gold bin still cant modify it
do I need specific version of gold bin for crome 1.6.5?

but I'm more concerned with the open loop IAT being locked.
I tried different gold rom basemaps and they all locked IAT tables.
not sure whats goin on I cant get the warmup afr without it. it starts at 14.5 cold

I dont know if its a windows 10 issue or crome
I have alot of interface bugs with windows 10
It allows me to use pg up pg down to change those values but it only changes to certain values i cant input a number in it but i can input a number in iat tables and all other tables

I honestly don't know if I'm doing something wrong or crome is doing something wrong
and theres not much help anywhere
the afr inconsistency was also happening with Neptune and different wideband
I cant explain it but it is happening in the same chasis car
different motor different ecu different ostrich setup. everything is different except the car itself
can it be bad ELD?
it would idle at 14.9 and next start it would idle at 15.3-15.5 and then back to 14.9 after few restarts
and on top of that a hot restart is at 16.5 afr then slowly goes down
the post start compensation is already at 60 how far do I need to go to get rid of lean post start?
