Hose that's not connected-_-
So what am I suppose to do with it? Should I block it off with a screw or can someone show me where it goes so I can hook it up. I just got this car last Friday needs work done to it trying to get it fixed keeps me sane now a days.
Moved to the proper forum.
Engine Building/Machining is not the proper forum for a disconnected hose.
That is your charcoal canister. Google will very likely be a fine friend for you now that you know what the part is and you already know the model motor etc.

I think it is the charcoal canister out. Is the other line on the canister hooked up?
If so, it should be connected to a hard line underneath the car. Note that there is a chance that the line is missing. The hard line basically vents to outside air, but because this is fuel related, it needs to be routed outside the engine bay.

That is the purge line. The slightly smaller line on the other fitting on the top of the canister goes to the hard pipe back to the gas tank. That appears to be hooked up.
The purpose of this system is to collect fuel vapors from the gas tank while the car is parked, then burn it in the engine during the next trip. This has been required on all cars since the 1970's as an anti-smog measure since releasing unburned gasoline vapor into the air is a major cause of smog.
If the car still has the DX type manifold (down flow throttle body):

The hose connects to the back of the purge valve, part #11, which is mounted kind of on the bottom of the manifold.
If the manifold has been swapped to the EX type (side flow throttle body):

The purge valve is part #7 and would be mounted on the fuel rail.
