I need help figuring out what injectors I need to run on a d16y8 in a 1991 Honda Civic ex 5 speed and I wanna know if I can go straight to the mpfi swap with the y8 manifold please anything helps

 

91EX already is MPFI

Did you get a DPFI to MPFI conversion harness? Are you still running a resistor box?

No I have not pulled the motor out yet it is still the stock d15b1 no I did not get the conversion harness but Ik it's a obdo to obd1 and ik Im gonna run p28 but can I use y8 injectors I'm looking to not run a resistor box so Ik I need 92-00 injectors

 

So I can do mpfi swap with y8 manifold ?
And I just wanna clarify what other wires I have to extend for the mpfi swap

 

Yes I have an idea I've never done wiring before but from all the reasearch Ik Ihave to swap wires at the ecu and extend like the map sensor and other things like that but any input and info and tricks will help thank you

 

anytime I search dpfi to mpfi it's just to change the manifold dizzy to si and the wiring is for people jumping to si **** I wanna know if I can do mpfi with y8 manifold and dizzy

If you want to run 92-00 civic injectors you need to delete the resistor box. You can run an adapter like pictured below.
