I have a 91 crx with a b16a3 and one day the car doesnt want to start. I have a new battery and distributor but the distributor wont spark.i think it has something to do with the wires because i moved the ecu then later wouldnt want to start. Anything helps.

 

Well if it worked before you moved something I would recheck what you moved to make sure everything is good...

 

All the wires are connected nothing looks wrong battery is charged i just dont know what it could be

 

Check for power at IGP1 and IGP2 at the ECU/ECM, both must have power on them when ign. switch is on, if no power check the fuel injector relays output, you can check for power at the injectors, to test injector relays output, lead that is the same color at each injector. 94

 

Check whether the timing belt snapped or stripped.
