No spark no fuel boosted ef hatch
As title states. I've picked up a b18b1 91 ef hatch turbo. Problem is no fuel and no spark. List of things I've done
Swapped in known to be good-
Coil
Icm
Cap rotor button
New plugs
Main relay
If I jump terminal 1 and 7 on main realy fuel pump primes also if I jump 5 and 7 fuel pump primes. Main relay is good put it another hatch fires right up. I pulled every single fuse car has and all look good.
What do I look at next??

What trim level is the car? Just wondering if the car is a non SI and the DPFI-MPFI conversion is hacked. Was the car in running condition when you got it?
It's just a regular 91 hatch not si. I just got it yesterday I got it and another 91 with blown single cam for 700 bucks couldn't pass up.

Did you buy the car in this condition? Has the car ever ran since the DPFI-MPFI conversion was done. Just wondering since that conversion involves wiring injectors(fuel) and distributor(spark).

It ran last summer just fine has been swapped and boosted for 3 years. It sat in a barn for 6 months. He pulled it out but He lost key so busted up ignition to start with a screw driver. Decided he didn't wanna mess with it so sold cheap.
okay so turns out when i tried the ecu out of my integra itwasnt pluged in all the way tried again and it fired up ran like **** but ran. so there is an issue with ecu not letting fuel or spark. the ecu is pr4 obd1 not sure what its tuned on. can i save this ecu it does not smell burnt in any way and i dont see any obvious issues right off hand.
You may be able to send it in to be repaired somewhere. I believe Xenocron repairs them. There's a capacitor in these that likes to go bad after years of use. If it has a simple chip based setup like Crome, you could always source another socketed ECU and just swap the chip over if you don't want the turnaround time that repairing would involve.
do you know how to inpect for bad caps? honda ecus are known for this issue. I repaired a friends ECU simply by replacing a few (it was also a fuel issue)
also check for corosion/ water dmg usually near the wiring harness connector
