Default Milage on daily driven LS after turbo

how much does your milage chagne after you got your turbo installed? i'm looking for more of a daily driven standpoint and basiclly just a turbo on your car. oh yea, and how often you change your oil? thanks

ive heard of people getting 30 mpg at pretty good speeds (80-90 mph). Thats just cruisin on the freeway though...running through the gears is a different story. You should change your oil a bit more frequently, depending on how hard you drive. I would say every 2.5k miles or so.

I would say if you used like mobil 1 synthetic to change it every 3k miles ... its good till 5k on non-turbos but to be safe go every three

My best friend has a '95 CX Hatch. LS/DragIII/Type R tran.

32-35mpg on the highway. Drives 200 Miles to and back from work M-F

Changes his oil every 2500 miles.

i commute an average of 150 miles a day M-F. i change my oil every 2-3k miles. i got a teg with a DRAG3 kit. mileage got alot better with the MSD digital 6+ installed. almost like stock.

I had my best mpg this past couple of days. 30+ on my turbo'd gsr . All freeway. I usually get 25-27.

i get 25mpg on street and close to 30 on highway. thats with 550cc injectors and hondata too. AND me on the gas enough to enjoy the turbo.

and I change my oil every 2k miles, 3k if i get lazy.

thanks for all the info guys. it seems that gas isn't that big a issue, but oil is. very understandable. then again, change my oil every 3K miles right now...haha

its not that u r burning oil or anything. its just smart to change it and have fresh oil. its just good maintence. ur turbo will thank u in the long run.
